Pool services

Everything a pool actually needs.

Routine care to keep water healthy, plus the licensed repair and equipment work most cleaning companies can't legally do. One team, the whole job — done properly.

01

Weekly Maintenance

Brushing, skimming, vacuuming, basket & filter checks, and balanced chemistry — with a documented reading every visit. Steady care is the cheapest insurance a pool has.

02

Equipment Repair & Replacement

Pumps, filters, heaters and salt systems diagnosed, repaired, or replaced. Equipment and pool repairs are performed under our NSCB A-10 / A-10E license.

03

Green-to-Clean

Algae bloom, cloudy water, or a pool left unattended — we recover it with the right chemistry, heavy filtration, and a deep clean, then hand back a maintenance plan.

04

Acid Wash & Drain

For stained, scaled, or heavily soiled plaster. We drain to the sanitary sewer per SNWA rules, acid-wash the surface, then refill and re-balance.

05

Leak Detection

Unexplained water loss costs money and damages equipment. We pressure-test the plumbing and inspect the shell and fittings to find — and fix — the source.

06

Automation & Lighting

Smart controllers, variable-speed scheduling, color LED lighting, and remote monitoring — installed and configured so the pool runs efficiently on its own.

07

Inspections

Buying or selling? A full pool & equipment inspection with a plain-English report on condition, safety, and what to expect from the system.

08

One-Time & Seasonal

A single deep clean, an opening or closing, a tile & deck refresh, or filter cleans — no contract required when you just need a job done.

The licensed difference

Repairs done by the book.

In Nevada, pool and equipment work over $1,000 must be performed by a licensed contractor — and residential contracts over that amount must be written, with the down payment capped by law.

  • Repair & equipment work performed under NSCB A-10 / A-10E licensing
  • Written estimates and contracts for larger jobs, as the law requires
  • Bonded & insured, with a consumer-protection bond on file
  • Water drained to the sewer clean-out — never the street or storm drain
